The Easy Pose (Sukhasana) is a seated Yoga pose. It’s the preferred asana for meditation and regular practice helps clear your mind.

HOW TO PRACTICE THE EASY POSE (SUKHASANA) IN 3 EASY STEPS
Start in Staff Pose (Dandasana). Cross your legs. Each foot should sit below the opposite knee.
Keep your back straight and make sure your pelvis is in a neutral position.
Stay in this pose for as long as you feel comfortable.
THE EASY POSE (SUKHASANA) VARIATION – USE A BLANKET
Sit on a folded blanket to alleviate pressure in your hips and knees.
