HOW TO PRACTICE THUNDERBOLT / DIAMOND POSE (VAJRASANA) IN 3 EASY STEPS
Inhale and kneel on the floor. Your feet, legs and big toes should touch. Sit back on your legs and take the weight off your knees.
Exhale and rest your buttocks on your heels. Sit up straight, open your chest and pull your shoulders back.
Gaze forward, place your palms on your thighs and keep your arms relaxed. Breathe in deeply and meditate mindfully.
